StaffGenius is a trailblazing AI-driven ATS SaaS that revolutionizes candidate sourcing. We built the entire application from the ground up, deploying it on AWS and managing its server infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and seamless performance.

End-to-End Recruitment Innovation
Our work on StaffGenius integrated a suite of advanced features to streamline the recruitment process:

• CV Parsing & Secure Storage: The platform automatically extracts key data from resumes and securely stores candidate information in the cloud, ensuring both speed and confidentiality.

• Job-to-Candidate Matching: We developed a hybrid matching engine that combines comprehensive database querying with cognitive AI reasoning. This dual approach guarantees that every candidate recommendation is finely tuned to meet specific job requirements.

• AI Recruitment Assistant: An intelligent assistant oversees the recruitment workflow by reading incoming emails and suggesting the next best action—whether it’s an email reply, scheduling a meeting, or moving candidates along the pipeline. This assistant seamlessly integrates with Bullhorn, a leading ATS in Germany, to further enhance workflow efficiency.
